Hello

When it comes to tickets they can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hour to be responded to.

What exactly is going on with your server?

Hi and first thanks answering me.

Yes I know but habitually in couple hours the problem is resolved..but this time..

My problem is that I 've got 3 games swapping on my account ..

7d2d/ the forest/minecraft...

Our server was on minecraft and we decide to go back to our forest server .. but when we switch the game.. it s stay stuck with the message that the game is currently changing...but nothing moove further...

This morning it was back in server minecraft online.. so I retry to change to our forest server ... same problem..

So actually we are stuck to play in local.. which sucks cause we haven't the same hours to play..

So sad to have a service that we couldn't enjoy...

Hope have some news to resolve it..

Anyway thanks to give some interest to our problem.
