Restart or stop server function from iphone displays error

After an update to Ark today the server was wiped. So I was trying to restart or stop the server to load a previously saved game. It seemed to work the first time but the server was still wiped, so I tried an earlier saved game. This time, though, it keeps giving me an error saying this action is already running, please wait until it finishes. The thing is it's not finishing. After an hour, it still says the same thing. Not sure why. Can you please help?

I have the same messages in the event log after saving changes. So I've got this server issue as well as the latest PS4 update wiping our server. Which was the whole reason for trying to rollback the server in the first place. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Tried again today and still getting the same error. Still can't stop or restart the server.

folks, the fix has worked for us as well. We were able to stop the server, and load up a previous save. Got everything back. Thanks for the fix!
