Is anyone else having problems finding their sever. Rented 2 weeks ago with no problems
.Been away for the weekend come back and can not find it. I have reset it ect and still no luck.
Anyone have any idea what the hell is going on.

If could be the reason for your server.
If you have done all of that, and understand its a limited amount of servers being listed I would recommend visiting the Wiki https://wiki.nitrado.net/en/connect_to_a_xbox_nitrado_ark:_survival_evolved_server
Go through the troubleshooting info suggested there.
If that all fails, please submit a ticket to Nitrado Support: Support | nitrado.net

Unfortunately we have no access to your account or server.
You will need to wait for a Support person to pick up your ticket or you can give them a call.
We are unable to provide an ETR. Tickets are worked in the order in which they are received.
