Server problems on day 1 (XBox1)

right so here are the problems im having with my server that i bought last night. 20 slots xbox one atlas server

1 : no animals

2 : no map ? map is black

3 : higher rates on server dont work except the xp.i changed harvesting to 4x.me and my friend jump on our server and it was 1x while i changed it to something different. my friend than jumped into a different server .instatame 3x server..same story .rates not work

4 : cant log in as admin ?

5 : i can claim (put a flag) on the home regions islands ? while these 4 should be a freeport (safehaven) for those who are new ?

6 : my server is currently useless ,do we get our time back that we are losing right now .if not i want a refund.

Bought a 20 slot xbox one server over 24 hours ago

-It keeps changing the name of the server
-cannot add password
-always says timed out/failed to connect
-no admin control
-black map

I'm sorry you are having all these issues. We are aware of the current issues and it's being worked on as soon as I hear anymore info I'll let you know. Please make a support ticket so it's in the system as well

Same here, 2 days and I cannot join my server. No steam users can join at all.

my group is having the same problems im not looking for a refund but maybe and extension of service since i have multiple serervers.

Any type of billing inquiries you will need to create a ticket with Nitrado Support and address that with them. Moderators do not have access to accounts or servers.

The servers probably shouldn't be still available for purchase at the moment. You know so people like me don't buy a product that doesn't work. Then arrive at the forums to find out you knowingly sold me a faulty product.

i cant even create a support ticket... Says i still have one open but all my tickets are marked solved... So i cant even "contact the support team"... I sent a msg thru fb they asked for user id and haven't heard anything back... Nitrado's customer support must be severely short handed...

I've never seen an issue be this long even when Ark first rolled out rental servers...

Really dropped the ball here Nitrado... Really dropped the ball... Might be looking for another hosting company soon

Just an fyi- Same thing happened on Atlas release on PC. And please dont assume its always the hosting company. If you happen to follow the twitter feed you will see Nitrado is waiting on an update from XBox/Microsoft. Hang in there. Thank you for your patience.

Well then... If the same thing happened for pc when those servers first came out.... Then why didnt we learn from our past mistakes hmmmm....

Im having as much patience as i can... Just get no response from support. AND i CAN'T submit a support ticket...

Not sure why you are unable to create a ticket. You can try another browser. I can access it from Firefox, Edge, IE and Chrome.

Also you are able to call them on skype.

you are limited to how many tickets are able to be created thats also including the resolved ones. the resolved ones need to be removed inorder to creat a new ticket

fishermankiller - per support "Resolved tickets are not part of the limits in opening a ticket". Make sure all of your tickets are closed. Should only keep one ticket open at a time.

have a look the resolved ticket has no option to remove yes i know i have 2 tickets saying the same but its 2 diffrent problems and solutions.

now im not saying this is the problem but just say that our servers are running on 400.21 and our game is running on 400.41 and official servers are running on 400.28

soooooooo maybe our servers should be at 400.28 aswell

For those watching this thread.... Nitrado Support has posted some updates on their Twitter feed. And really the best place to view for updates.

Animal Spawns on Unofficial Atlas servers have been fixed.

Animals will work after a restart of your server.

all my past tickets are resolved... I have tried closing browser opening a new one... Still cant create a ticket not that it would resolve my issue any quicker... Seeing as how this is a problem for loads of different people.

Listen i know everyone is bitching and its annoying for admins/mods ect... I totally understand this is a pre release game and bugs and glitches are to be expected and i can deal with that... But i dont even have access to my server to even deal with those bugs... So sry all the mods are having to deal with us irate server owners...

Support suggests clearing your cache.

No worries on the irate server owners. I, myself are one just like you all. I know exactly how you feel and been there. So not fun. But one thing for sure, once its resolved many more hours of gaming will be added. Happy times. Thanks for hanging in folks.
