I'm a new server owner and it has been smooth all day with alpha 18. Until 5 minutes ago when my web interface continues to go into a server restart loop every 2 minutes. Is this a known thing? Is there a log I can pull to give more information? Thank you in advance.

My server is also on a restart loop. Tried bringing it down and back up a few times now. Nothing.
Been like this for around 6 hours now. Between this and taking 12 hours to install the server, can't say I am too impressed -
Same here!
Only works w/o any Mods, even then it restarts every now and then, or every few seconds.
Nothing really helps.

ya, i know all about this server as been down from the update and nitrado are not getting back to my ticket

Click "force stop server". Wait for it to stop. Click 'Restart'.
If you had already done this you will need to wait for Support to respond to your ticket.
They are worked in the order in which they are received.

I had a great experience with Ark on a nitrado server... I rented a 7 days to Die server over 24 hours ago and it has been on a restart loop the entire time... put a ticket in about 21 hours ago and no response. . . an established company with an established game should not have this big of an issue, or this hard of a time answering it... losing faith quick guys. If I wake up in the morning without an answer I can honestly say I'll be permanently done with Nitrado servers.
Also before the questions roll in I have force stopped it and started it a dozen + times.

The same here, I have taken a 6-slot private server to play with my friends and does not stop restarting, every 5-15 min, does not have a fixed time, yesterday I sent a ticket and they have not yet responded. -
Don't expect a quick (or any) answer to a ticket. It'll get fixed or it won't.
Not trying to flame Nitrado - just being honest.
Call the 1st line support on Skype - the German based guys all speak english and if they have gone home then the US guys are awesome.
There is stuff they can do. Currently my server is working fine (although it just went through a forced restart).

Did you purchase a 10 slot and then adjusted? Typically all gameservers are minimum 10 slots.

The info of the nitrado's web says 4 slot minimum
