Error restarting server

could you try and log out then re log back in and see what its telling you?

I would submit a support ticket if you're still getting the same error

i have same issue apparently since sept 30 to my logs ..since 3 days ago no one can play on server too laggy

Yea update broke a lot of servers mine as well. I can force stop it but it never starts

I have had same problem since the update. ticket sent on the 5th had a reply on the 6th saying it was resolved but nothing had changed so I reply back saying still having same issue and have had no reply since!! very slow support service as we haven't been able to play since the 3rd of October 6 days and still not fixed. should I sent a new ticket or will that just make my wait longer I have tried everything except reinstall as I really don't want to wipe the server

I would call and ask to speak to a supervisor.6 days is a long time for no respond.

I have tried to Skype but no answers very frustrating I must say.

i try uninstall, reinstall, restore whit other file of other date, DoExit command in the game as admin, autostop, autostart, autorestart whit some diferent hours and nothing works, if someone found how fix it please tell how i can did it.

PD: my server is in los angeles, i gona try a change to california, in some minutes i tell u guys if it can fix it

well, i change that and its working, i only reccomend do this if u can use some money to do it, and u can make a back up before do it for dont lose your information of the server, in my server any matter because all want a new map, then we accept lost all, we are a group of friends

It must be the l.a servers it's doing my server like that as well..My server crashed a couple days ago..It wiped all the bases on dayz..I did a server restore and data restore to bring the bases back..But now the server never restarts or shuts down..

Twitterjoker yeah, the same thing happens to me, and the only thing that i can say that works, is change location, if u dont want lose more time, and u have some money, change the location and remove the auto restart, and wait for a update that fix it, to put the restarts again, is the only thing that i learn in this days

I am still waiting for my server to be fixed. I have sent a half a dozen replies to my ticket sent 11 days ago and they reply twice saying issue resolve..... but still the same no change so I end up back to square 1 waiting for reply.
