Server just stopped for no reason and rolled back

We have just lost full 24 worth work due to random shut down and roll back any one no what’s happened

You may want to check your logs on the WebUI. See what they may say. I have heard that if a gamefile gets corrupted, it might do that. And ARK is known to have corrupted files for multiple reasons. If your logs doin't really show anything, you may want to contact Nitrado Support. They should be able to help you out and access your server.
