Anderson DLC

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    I have a dedicated fs19 server with yourselves. i purchased the anderson DLC but it does not work on the server.


    i have contacted giants regarding this issue and they report that the issue must be on the server end.


    the log states no Liscense for the Anderson DLC , can you advise ?

  • I have received a response that it has been elevated to the relevant team , its now a week since release and nothing has been addressed so far .


    Not happy at all by this support .


    This is looking like a licencing issue - basically there is no server licence for the DLC - as the premier partner for Giants this kind of thing is incredibly poor planning and frustrating .

    Have you had this sorted yet? They told me they would pass it on to a team to look into but all I got was an email saying they are closing the case, I am going to go with a different hosting company if it isn't sorted.

    Im considering the same move - the customer service here is absolutely shocking .


    I work for a cloud server provider so i have a unique incite into how long these things take.


    Nitrados support on this issue has been abysmal
