I have seen videos on 1.05 PC being able to adjust loot spawns and even character layouts, is this available with the new 1.05 console users? If so how do we navigate is there a MyAdmin for dummies?

You can find 70 VSS and still 3 more will spawn
Player carry does not count
If you stashed all 3 VSS limit then nothing will spawn
