No access to server

I just restart my server, and now i cant get in. in my Dashboard all work and the server is running. When i use "Connect to server" it say server not responding, and i cant find the server over my serverlist.
i try wait. but 1 hour later its the same.

anyone know why?.

Did you try from HLSW to see if that app can see it? Or try Battlemetrics.com and see if that site see's it. Or did you visit the Wiki that gives connection troubleshooting tips?

When i use Battlemetrics.com. i can see the server but server is offline. "Server failed to respond to query"
I have try all connection on Wiki, but it dont work.

Is like the server is running but they no connection to the ip.

I can't join my minecraft server? But it says that it is online..
