My Server just crashed (NY Location) and no access to Web Interface; Is anyone else having this same issue? I just performed a server restore yesterday.. Now its down again.
Nitrado has tried changing my server hardware on a few other occasions but this seems to be a reoccurring issue.
I had added the Timed/Scheduled restarts to happen every 6 Hours yesterday.. Im Not sure if this is related to that?

Same thing going on with my server as well. Phone App says "The game folder is currently not available. Please reinstall the game server if the problem persists."
Cannot access Webinterface.
Submitted a Support Ticket and waiting to hear back.

I called Nitrado. It is an issue on their end, and development is working on the issue. Said should be back up in a few hours.

I was finally able to view the Webinterface. It was stuck in this "Shutting Down" so I forced it to stop. Waiting a minute or two and hit restart. Hopefully, it will not mess up again.

Its just becoming a joke now. we pay for this service and cant even get what we payed for because all the there is. is problems all the time. for example I bought a ark server wanted to put mods on it and even the mods what are shown the most popular mods it breaks my server so with the 16 days I had this service I never used it. and when I ordered it in the past still had loads of problems.
