Connection of the server

    The connection of the servers come out of a Data Center which are already pretty 'big'. If you want to know more about the DC, you may review that info on the main website.

    You aren't able to upgrade that connection. When you like upgrade slots or say use additional resources, software monitors that and if is see's that it needs resources, it will move to another hardware with more power. What you might be experiencing is perhaps a server issue or game. You may create a ticket to Nitrado support: Support | nitrado.net


    Add information like if it is affecting more, did you do a tracert (support will ask you do if you dont), and anything you think may help.
