Not sure if this is the right place for this but at this point it's worth a shot.
Recently created a cluster with 2 servers valgero and ragnarok for PS4. The Ragnarok Server is over a year old and my wife's character had no issues there. Since transferring to Valgero we have encountered several Issues including random spikes that boot everyone off the server. She has also lost a character and a map issue where every time she logs off she any parts of her map that have been discovered are wiped. Since creating a new character after the recent character loss the map issue persists and now if she moves something from her hotbar to storage then back again it will not go automatically back into her hotbar. Any help or insight into these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
