Sorry you're having this restart issue. If the problem is still happening try to sign onto the webui and do a force stop and then start the server up again. If the issue is still happening I would suggest submitting a support ticket
The webui is just the web interface for Nitrado. Usually on the app it doesn't have the force stop button.

If you restart a server, and wait a while say ~ (approx) 5-10m a box will pop-up in the top right corner as well as in the middle top labeled "Force Shutdown". Click on that.
On some browsers you have to stay on the landing page (ie: Do browser to another site while you wait).
