Same issue here since today. Support contacted several hours ago.
Perhaps try another browswer. When support responds, they will also probably suggest this.
I am not having any issues accessing using IE, Edge, FF, or Chrome. Try again, it if still fails please contact Support by submitting a ticket or giving them a call.

Different browsers doesn't help.
Impossible also to stop or restart the server from the mobile application.
The server seems to run for now but we have no control on it.
Status says it is restarting since this morning.
Error message showing on the app.
The game folder is currently not available. Please reinstall the game server if the problem persists.

this is an identic problem as some older posts that are tagged as resolved.. but I don't see any solution explained.
I tried to restart the game from my phone app, now, when im at home, games says restarting, but, i cant access my game, I can't stop it or anything...I'm using Chrome, havent had any issues till this morning. I logged out just now and logged back in, i got an option to force shut the server down, restarting again. had it started, logging into game and it restarted itself?

Completely understand Moderator Limitation, But this gives peace of mind when other server owners report and knowing Im not the only one, It's one way of Community Engagement, Btw I can access my panel now, Everyone still have same issue or fixed at same time

My server keeps shutting down, even after I manually restart it. Is this happening to you guys as well?
I contacted Nitrado about this a couple days ago and their main goto excuse is "Your server name has to many characters in it, or special characters" But i have tried using an actual server name that follows their guidelines and it still happens. So its coming across as a BS excuse...
Then the other day I was unable to access my server or web interface and my server was down. I created a support ticked and they got back to me a day later saying "We see your server is back up and running now, if you need any further assistance please let us know"
Then you reply asking for reasons, and you get no reply....
If nitrado is doing maintenance let us know! the servers shutting down affects our server population/community and makes good Admins look like donkeys. FIX YOUR S*IT

Once the web interface was restored we did had continues crash auto restarts, What we usually do is shutdown for 10 Minutes, I call this as "CPU Cooldown" Since the CPU screaming 90%+ most of the time it heats up the machine, Shutting down for 10 minutes allow cooldown and resume normal operation until it screams again, I hope Dayz will bring the fix soon for this as the app itself makes the server can't handle and crashes
Also people purposely throwing flares cause rendering issue and cause application error which result in crash
Here is what we found out group of People try to throw flares and other glitches on purpose to crash the server, The amount of data generated itself is massive which result Dayz application itself is crashing and causing high CPU spike on Nitrado end

My location is NY as well, However my web interface is still accessible. But when I try to restart my server it will just shutdown after about 20 seconds. And it has been doing this for a couple hours as far as I know.
Looks like they resolved the issue for me. Because of the downtime I asked support for an extension as we prepay for service and they extended me 2 extra days for the downtime.
