Loosing all cryopods when restarting server

Everytime I have to restart the server (we are a new server and still modifying the settings) any animal I have in cryopods disappear. What can I do to prevent this please.

do you have auto engrams set to unlock? Sometimes I've seen people add in an additional line of code and this can make items in your inventory disappear

Auto engrams is unlocked. I have a list to stack items added to the file. Other then that.. I try to keep my files simple. Now, I no longer am getting drops tho.
