I just extended my server, I want to know if I lose all my data from my old server, since I get suspended and have 9 days left, and the new one appears with 29 days that happens ?. Thank you

Just trying to make sure I understand did you want to extend your server and ended up purchasing a totally new one ? So now you have two servers?

It takes more than 1 hour to install. it may be because apart the system was hung. I want to know if I lose all my data from my old server that is quite advanced (ark server). or the old server will be passed to the new one

You've purchased a new server. If you're on pc you csk save the map and data and download it onto your new server. If you're on console you may want to submit a support ticket as data doesn't just transfer over to a new server like that. You currently have to separate servers at the moment.

Were you trying to purchase a brand new server or just reup your old server?

I was just trying to improve my server and increase the days.

but the "new" server has not been delivered to me for more than 12 hours

At this point I would contact support and explain to them exactly what's going on. We do not have access to your servers here on the forums . Support will be able to help you get it sorted out.
