I have had problems on a Nitrado rented server and sent in a ticket, this was answered within 24 hours. Following a few emails, after a few days the guy told me he could do no more and was escalating it to their second level team. Well, they must all be on holiday because its four days now and the problem still exists, and NOBODY has answered any of my recent emails.
Does anyone know when the second level team return from their holiday, the kids went back last week.......
Any help will be much appreciated
