I have bought a minecraft public game server with 10 slots and standard performance (1GB of ram) with 10 euros, but it is stuck in the installation phase for 50 minutes. I would like that resolved because i can't get refunded because i paid with paysafe and i am trying to avoid any sort of skype call. Any help would be appreciated! (also i have had 2 nitrado servers before and it only took about 5 mins to install)

Thank you for responding but the problem appears to be solved. I guess there was a lot of traffic when i requested my server, but, it's fixed!
