The server has been installed since it was purchased

The server I just purchased has been showing that it is not used in the installation. Please help me

Is anyone here? The purchased server can not be set to keep rotating to display during loading

Try a forcestop, then a reinstall. In many case that resolves the issue.

If that fails, please submit a ticket to Nitrado Support.
