How do I set the game time to alway be 13:01?

Tired of using the "settimeofday" command to change the game time, and I've seen on another server that the time was stuck on 13:01 all the time.

Could somebody explain how to do that?

I want to know that too. I've seen a server have minutes 5 to 10 times longer than our IRL ones

Well, you aren't about to do it for all the time. Typing the command as you have is the only way.

On a PC server we can use RCON and with a 3rd party script to run everyday to do that. Not sure why you want the server 24x7 to be 13:01. Just make the days longer, and night shorter is how most accomplish this. Probably the only option on console since Rcon/remote access does not exist.
