I shut my Ark server down to change events, saved, waited a few minutes then restarted. Now it's stuck in a restart loop. Any ideas?

you can try signing onto the WebUi and force stop the server. If this doesn't fix it. You will mostly loosely have to submit a support ticket

As a rule, a button should pop up in the web interface which forces the server to stop. Simply leave the web interface for 10-15 minutes. If the button does not show then the page refresh.
Currently, several servers seem to have problems. At least I see more such threads. It is best to contact the support by phone and you will receive up-to-date information within minutes.
