Quick question if i want to upgrade my server from 16 slots to 50+ would i keep the same server or get a fresh new one... Ie would my hand built bases still be there?? Thanks for any help

You should just be able to upgrade to the new amount while keeping the same server

Jay85skitzo do make sure to stop your server for 10 minutes prior to the upgrade though to give the server time to save all the configuration and save data.

So I followed the tutorial video but the options aren't available in the 'my services' menu. My only option is 'web interface logon'

It only works via the Xbox app. Assume this is the same for PS4

With XBox, they can use the App or the web.
Not sure if PS4 are the same. Try logging into you Nitrado WebUI from a web browser. It could be the PS4 spp
