Server not showing

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots.     This seems to be a common issue amongst the community with servers not popping up on the un-official server list, however I rented this server almost 8 days ago before any crazy updates even took place and it still isn’t showing up. I’ve stopped and restarted the server several times and tried changing the name. My buddy can access it through the interface login, but is there any way for my Xbox buddy to access it without it being on the server list? It’s frustrating renting a server that nobody else can use.

    If you purchased a steam/PC version of ark. Sadly you cannot play with xbox through crossplay. the only one that can be played through crossplay is the xbox version.


    The xbox version has to be purchased through the Nitrado app on the xbox one. You can then crossplay between and xbox and the windows 10 version of ark only
