Our server is in a consistant state of reboot and I've checked everything. it seems to be coming from Nitrado side and before you ask our server name is smaller and still in a constant reboot. where's the support???

Been having the same issues. I had resolved the issue the first time by shortening the server name but now every 60 seconds or less i’m getting a restart. I’ve talked to support over the phone and hey said they switched hardware which didn’t do anything. Hopefully we can get some answers, other servers seem to be doing fine

It could possibly be due to your server name and or password. try shortening the name and taking out and special characters as well
