Restart loop

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient.     Hey just wondering how to stop the server from its restart loop, appears to be restarting but not finishing, unsure why this was not a scheduled restart. Unsure how to stop it and reset, thank you for consideration!

    After a few minutes it should show a "force stop" button. Press it and then try to start again.

    No support via PM.

    As mentioned before, a "force stop" button should appear.

    My server is doing the same thing. It completes the restart process then waits 15 seconds and starts the restart process again. It loops for several times and then stops the server. When I start the server again it repeats the process. It has been going on for hours. This thread is marked resolved, but this problem isn't resolved. This is an ongoing problem.

    Sorry that you are experiencing issues still.

    As the previous Moderator advised, if it continues to contact Nitrado Support directly. Nothing we can advised beyond what we have already. The original post did not clarify what game nor platform, so we provided the generic response to the Force Stop. The Forums are a Community Supported forum, and not linked to individual ticket nor do we have access to them. So from a Moderator standpoint it was resolved with direction to contact Support hence why it was marked.
