Finally after 11 days my wait was over. I set the server up pressed start......... and for the past 2 hours it has stopped itself at least 5 times. No i dont have a long name or anything.

please check to see your server name could possibly be too long. Please try to shorten it to a shorter name and see if this works.

Same issues here, I've tried everything including upgrading the ram to max, and no support has replied. Im striating to feel this was a waste of money, 2 days gone on my runtime and server doesn't work.

exact same thing is happening to me rn, i feel like i have wasted my money
. I start the server, then i try to connect to it then the server just stops and it says 'failed to connect to host'. bs
