I purchased a 10 slot server for Ark survival thingy. I have a few questions... How do I find the server, Why does it say mobile when I selected pc, Is there a reason I cannot open the game? Please help. I am technology challenged...

Somehow the wrong server version was installed if you wanted PC and it did the mobile. See if the Web Interface will allow you to change. Not sure if it will for consoles. If you can not find that, you should get in touch with Nitrado Support either by calling them or creating a ticket. The link with that info is Support | nitrado.net
