Hi there, I recently had to reinstall my game server to clear a missing game folder alert, and switch my map from the island to Ragnarok. Every where over seen, has said that it should take 5-10 minutes, but has been much, much longer. I know all the threads are answered with the need to create a support ticket so someone behind the scenes can look at the issue, but I have no idea how to create a support ticket for this event? Please help!
