Really want to play the game but don’t see a point now until we get the server.

I've been waiting since the 11th. Its actually getting ridiculous. At first I understood but now its very tiresome everyday looking at my email or my nitrado app to see if my server is available. I'm kinda over it.
Yes same here, only got a 10 slot server for some friends and I, so I can teach them how to play prior to jumping in a hostile official server 
Ordered a while ago and still sitting on pre-order! Hope they have these servers up soon.
You all it’s called PRE-order for a reason it’s gonna take time. Especially when you have thousands of servers, and more coming in. I’m sure they are working on it, and trying to get more rolling in as fast as possible. Hold on a little bit longer.

lol, The thing is with "PRE-orders" they at least have release dates. Also with pre orders they don't just give a small amount of people the product and tell everyone else that theirs is coming soon. Tell me how is it that Nitrado said they were going in order of said preorders yet people said they preordered servers on the 11th yet people who preordered 3-4days ago are receiving theirs. Something you should think about or put your self in the shoes of the people that have been waiting since supposive launch date.

what is this i pay for my server on the 18th still waiting. a pal pays for his on the 20th and 3 days later he get his. what is this bs
its been a few days since I bought (pre-ordered) my server and nothing...i lost track, waiting. Most of us waiting weeks while others get it in a few days... I just want to play the game on my own server with friends and I cant cuz I'm still waiting. Am I suppose to wait a week? A month? I saw something about 1,000 servers put up and yet someone us weren't part of that list??? I feel robbed. How long till I can see my server up and running?

Did you add money to the mobile or WebUi app as a credit? If so you would need to submit a support ticket.
Anything for xbox should be done through the Nitrado app on the xbox or the windows 10 app. If you need a refund through the app you would have to go through Microsoft

as others have been asking, why don't I have my server yet, that you already have my money for, when others are receiving their servers within days of their purchase? How is that right?
so badbeatonline only has to wait 2.5 days but I'm going on 9...... I'm a little confused, nothing against badbeatonline but seems kinda messed up lol
More than likely its about location as well.
Sounds like an excuse to me. Taking money from and not providing the service your customer paid for is fraud. Nitrado has our money but we don't have what we paid for. People who ordered well in advance still don't have their servers. The right thing to do, as others have said, would have been to not accept any more orders until the company was able to provide the servers in a timely manner. There's barely a word, aside from small updates that provide no real time line. Probably because they know they've screwed up. Their attitude is basically "you get it when you get it." Not good business practices.
