  • hi will any one be able to give me some idea when my server will be up and running as Iv paid for it of nitrado but they give you nothing just take the money seems very wrong and bad costumer service so please can any one who has already had there server after waiting please give me some idea

  • I ordered on the 8th as well (server is out of new york if that matters) I'll let you know as soon as mine is installed as well. 9 days and still nothing. I don't blame nitrado for the first 6 but since then it's been 3 days that they have been back to installing them and nothing yet which is very unlike nitrado. I have servers through them for over a year now and no problems except with this one that I still havent been able to use... sad...I personally feel like bohemia should extend runtime on all servers by like 2 weeks that were preordered prior them starting back installing. We paid 50 bucks USD for a half finished game then get excited about servers only for it to be delayed weeks after everyone purchases them expecting to play. Bad customer support/service in my opinion.

  • ive been in preorder status since the 8th as well. checking regularly, hoping it changes but no.

    and today it say i have no services at all! its just vanished along with my place in the queue no doubt.

    no email even to explain. this is by far the worst service ive had online. great job nitrado

    And Ciggynz I wouldn't sweat it to hard nitrado has always come through with any problems ive had through them. I have 4 servers totaling to about 120 slots on this account and 4 totaling about the same 120 on my brothers account that we have had running for nearly a year total. Along with several other servers prior to that and ive honestly always had good service from nitrado other than this dayz stuff and I can't really fault nitrado to much on it. Ive had to call tech support a few times and they NORMALLY are alright but every now and then you catch them on a bad day lol. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly for us.

  • yea i pre-ordered on 8th too yet nothing im honestly about done waiting and about to ask for a refund Soon sadly this was my bday present that never got received...

    what a disappointment for a Highend Prepaid Gameserver company. i Mean i get shit happends but really...between the lack of communication and the vaig answers . 3 days to a weeks later after everyone complains then hastly send mass emails to the customers seems really bad moto it felt like you didint care and just wanted our money and for some one new to nitrado like many of us are it just looks bad for you guys even if its no fault of nitrado . i just hope they can improve better in the future . my first and hopfully not last post ...

  • well this section took a turn for the worst ..but i get it ... on both sides more should had been said and more should had done..they acknowledge their mistake ..and they understand y ppl are mad atleast give em a shot to fix their mistake and honestly if they dont well, its their loss is int it ? just tough id give my 2 cents

  • It has been over 23 days since I bought the private server that has 32 slots on DayZ.. I don't get why this shit is taking so long.. I understand they're fixing it but it's a bit retarded for making people wait a long period of time for the server to be installed so the people can play with friends without getting insided, or ganked. I hope they get this issue fixed fast I didn't pay over $32.00 just to sit here looking on Twitter, Email, and Nitrado...

  • This server issue not only means I have not yet received my pre-ordered server but also the server I am playing on with friends currently is no longer letting me and one friend join while letting everyone else play with no issues?


    Can anyone shine any light on what is causing this issue with a server I have over 100+ hours in with friends?

  • Hello can someone help me please ive bought the server 4days ago and now when I go on my Xbox and go on the nitrado app it says my server is no longer there but it still says it’s preordered on my phone I’m really confused and I don’t know if I’ve been scammed or not? I haven’t even received an email

  • It’s amazing that both Bohemia and Nitrado are this impotent when it comes to providing relevant information regarding purchases for which they’ve already received payment. When I made my preorder I was completely unaware of the major issues hey were having, and I’m sure I’m not he only one. Those of us in that situation rightfully feel deceived and essentially stolen from at this point.
