Server stuck on Restart Loop

Brand NEW server ordered 1 hour ago, this is on a constant restart loop without having been able to get on the server.

Any known issues at all?

If it continues, use the WebUI for your server and forceshut down, then restart.

Tried that - several times.

This isn't the first server i've had I also have another ARK server running and it is perfectly fine - which is why I asked for any known issues.
