It's been in this state for at least 10 hours. I rented a server yesterday and I haven't been able to get it to turn on.
This is rediculous. Support seem to be super slow at responding to tickets. I've seen plenty of threads on this with no answer as to what the cause is or what the fix is.
Does anyone at nitrado actually know what they're doing?
If you're going to invoke automation and not provide me with an SSH key so I can actually see why my server wont work, can you make sure automation works?
If the server is infact working, then someone needs to fix the web interface relaying the incorrect system state.
