i bought a server today and has been sayin status installing for the last 3 hours i have raised a support ticket but i am yet to get a reply
why is it taking so long to install

Changed the title of the thread from “server issue” to “HELP my server wont install”. -
Since this is a new server, try a reinstall. See if that works.

You can. If it is stuck on installing, you might get a forceshutdown. Which I am not sure you would see since you are on console.
But, if you use the webUi, on the bottom left you can click reinstall. It will over-ride what you are doing.
Otherwise you will have to wait for someone to respond to your ticket which could be a while.
