NY Servers are still down.

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    My NY hosted servers are still down as well as your junk a__ support phone lines.

    They have been off the hook for days as well as your servers been offline.

    have lost 35+ players to your inability to fix things. Constant LAG SPIKES and DISCONNECTS will not hold a player base.

    I will not hold tight any longer corporate is going to hear of your lack of ABILITY AND SUPPORT.

    Had a similiar issue, might be able to help? I did notice that during the worst period of downtime, that the server got corrupted and it took two reinstalls to get in working again. Perhaps give that a shot?

    Also if you're running mods, i'd suggest double checking the file system to check that the mods installed correctly after the server node fubar from the other day.
