hi i have 2 issues. One my server doesnt appear on server list nor can i find it on search via xbox eu server. The other, the server i play on a US server, a different server on same platform is still showing cannot retrieve address.
Are the servers still down? And how do i get access to my personal server via the server list again, it shows as running but i cannot find it
Have you made any changes or reinstalled it while it was down? Sometimes these thing can cause things to reset settings wise.
hi, my personal server, i havent been able to access for the last week. I stop it today and restarted it and still unable to see it on server list. I then tried loading a prior save of the server and still nothing. I will look at the server options and see if anything has changed as i havent really looked at every individual setting.
With regards to the server i mainly play on, that appears on list but we still get can not retrieve address error message its been like that now for over 14 hours
when's the last time you tried to access the cannot retrieve address server? There was some issues with the NY hosted servers. This issue should be fixed now.
about 5 minutes ago when i posted this topic, i will try again now. Nope still no luck. Still getting the error message

Xbox server in NY?
My Server out of NY has been running like crap for over a week. Constant LAG spikes and Disconnects for all players. Ive tried multiple times to contant support to only get a busy signal for 5 days now. Lost a community of 35+ players to this crap.
I just bought my server today and it would not let me access it due to Could Not Retrieve Address. I have restarted it about ten times and now I don't know what to do
I have a NY server as well, and have been getting: (Joining Failed) Could Not Retrieve Address Since last Thursday when me and my friends originally purchased it. I've tried calling the support number in the US and constantly get a busy signal.
I have passed the info off to Support.
I don't what to do. I have people that want to play and it won't let them join. I have shut it down to Manny times.
same thing, they responded to my ticked saying server is fixed.... yet here we are now the server shows up but cant find address
Im confused on how it takes so long to shut down and restart and then when the server comes back up no one is able to join.
what is support doing about this.
They have been looking into it.
How long would that take. like should I shutdown my server for the day
At least until you get word it’s fixed again in your support ticket if you have submitted one. If not I’d give it until you see others coming online
