It shows up on the list and we are using the right password but it doesn't let us in and keeps saying address not found. Can this be fixed or can I get a refund.

Not sure if you've noticed but there's been a lot of servers down due to similar issues today.

If you are having server issues, please contact Nitrado Support either by calling them or creating a ticket.

I've been down sense last Thursday based out of NY, 5 days now on my end.. they said they fixed on my support ticket but I'm still not even coming online, they offered no explanation I just assume they are going through huge issues, hopefully they get it figured out soon. as for now all i can say is hang in there, these forums are the only place you can hope to get a clue for some answers.
