So its August 11th, 2019. 11:16 PM,
Server has been fine all day and after we fought the Broodmother the server dies and tells us "Could not receive address".
Not sure if its the Nitrado Servers are down or our server broke from the boss fights?

We just had 2 servers go down as well. we have 7 servers and lost 2 of them at the same time. been trying to get them back online but no luck yet

Yeah I think Nitrado is having issues sadly. I wish they had a server status page for there side of things.

that would be great. i wish that existed. theres so many server owners and so many players on those servers that rely on information, so updates for situations like this would be hugely beneficial

Also having this issue. Server just went down out of the blue.

3 of the 4 servers I manage seem to be down. All four are hosted in New York.
On the Gameserver page they just have " - " in the "Players" column, where the one working server actually shows " 3/32 ".
Restarts didn't fix it, nor did restoring a backup on one of the servers. I'm putting in a ticket now.

Also having this issue for about two hours now. I was toying with expert settings for the first time and thought the issue was on my end, so its nice in a way to hear that its not. I've tweeted at DOAGEN (one of the forum mods) as I imagine even the forum mods are swamped with stuff right now from people having the same issue. Seems as though only those on the NY Database are having this issue but I'm not sure. Will post if I hear back on twitter. Keep patient everyone, keep in mind the mods and nitrado mods are sifting through hundreds of forum threads and support tickets trying to help each and every one of us

I've used a bunch of different hosting providers, and Nitrado seems to be pretty decent so far. I haven't had much downtime overall even over four different servers.

I've had more issues with Nitrado in 2 months time than I've ever had with any other company tbh. Which is a shame, I really like the interface.

Same boat, 3 out 4 servers down on cluster: ab, ext and Val. These three servers were given a hardware swap last week, and all 3 of them went down around the same time. I had added another map at a different time and that one is just fine. Sadly we are all paying for this down time.

The amount of time this server has been down is ridiculous.

Few hours later after i decided to actually be productive and clean my car out rather than sit here and try the servers repeatedly, I am still receiving the same error message and have not heard back on the status of my ticket, which I've had open for about 5 hours now. Shutting my server down for the night and will try again in the morning. I read nitrado usually takes 24-48 hours to respond to a ticket, so I'm just forgetting about it for now. Real shame this happened RIGHT when i was toying with expert settings, now I have to wait just to see if I can properly put extinction dinos onto val. Tough cookies, but I believe they're still the most reliable service out there despite the minor inconvenience.

You can add most of the extinction creatures, ab creatures and scorched creatures to Val I have a spreadsheet somewhere with all of the info typed out.
