New Server Won't Start

Just paid for a new server on Xbox this morning. Started up initially just fine. So i went to the settings and setup the server the way i wanted it, saved the settings and restarted the server. Problem is that after about 5-10 minutes the server says it has stopped and stays at that point. If i tell the server to Start it will just begin restarting again until it comes back to Server Stopped. How do i fix this?

Sorry you're having this issue. I know with the last ark update there was some funky stuff that happened. Since its brand new you might want to try a fresh reinstall and configure again. Make sure you dont try and switch back and forth. Between regualr and expert mode also. You can only configure the server using one of them. If it still gets hung up after the reinstall. I'd go ahead and submit a support ticket

I performed a reinstall and ended up in the same spot as before. It just stops when it is supposed to start.

I'm sorry its happening. I would suggest submitting a support ticket. Just be patient when waiting for an answer. In the meant time you're welcome to play on my servers if you'd like while its getting squared away
