Mine also, I'm wondering why I can't see my DayZ (PC) server on any server list. Why don't I see any Nitrado servers at all?

Could you please take a look at the pinned thread within the Dayz section of the forums. Dayz has been tweeting updates via their Twitter as well.

I saw the tweet, are you guys a relatively new service for server hosting? Do we know the reason for the sudden influx of private servers? A friend of mine is able to host his server on xbox one with no trouble I was over at his place last night. He was the one to recommend i use you guys for service. My server says its online but i'm not seeing mine or any servers from nitrado showing up on the (PC) server browser or the stand alone launcher. Is this all connected to the same issue(s)? I don't actively use twitter, do we know if this is effecting PC servers as well?
