Has anyone ever seen this before? I have reinstalled 2x, added mod's, deleted all of them, but this stays and wont go away. It will say its online, can see it In steam but no one can join.

This is normal. It is because of the new Fjordur DLC. Just ignore it.

Have the same problem, because of that it's impossible to log on my server

That 13 has nothing to do with whether you can log in or not, it is NOT a mod.
It is the new DLC and this is normal. Feel free to change the map, restart server then try again. If works change it back. If that resolves the issue then the issue was the map file prob was corrupted and needed to be reloaded. Normal for ARK.
