So at this point, I am going to go ahead and assume that my server will not be fixed yet another day. I am now beyond frustrated with the lack of communication Nitrado has given. If I knew of any other Hosting service for Xbox I would switch to them Immediately. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Hello.
I'm sorry you're feeling this way. What exactly is going on with your server? Have you filed a support ticket and or called the hotline entries reaching them via Skype?

if I knew what was going on with my server I would have fixed it myself already...…. Yes I submitted a ticket way early yesterday... yet no response from anyone. This is why I am beyond frustrated. Yes I understand they probably have a lot of tickets to deal with.. but at least reply would be great. This is the worst service I have ever had with a Hosting company.

I'm trying to help you troubleshoot as much as I can. The tickets get picked up and answered I. the order they're received. This is most likely the reason your might now have been answered yet. They tend to take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours. Sometimes quicker.
Does your server say its restarting constantly? Re you not able to start it? Are you not able to find it ? Did you recently make any changes? Anything like this will help

It doesn't keep saying restarting.. it stops everytime I try to start it.
restarted more than 10 times in a row. There seems to be something very wrong. Stopping server. (WINDOWS)
Keep getting this message in the restart logeven though I don't restart the server 10 times in a row
and yes I have tried everything to get it to start, yet it still won't

one last thing. Have you tried to reinstall the server? Also how old is the server is it brand new or have you had it for a while ?

My server also is currently still experiencing the same issue. I have already submitted a ticket and am waiting for a response. It seems odd though as to why the ark update would break the nitrado server start up, ark itself runs fine with the update. Unless its a memory allocation issue on the hosting device? i do remember seeing the physical memory in the logs near the limit before the (i think) 22gb update was installed? id still rather be informed of atleast the reason why our servers wont start if possible please.

I was going ask you to reinstall the server and apply a backup but I dont know when the last back up was and I dont want you to loose anything. I'm sorry you're having these issues. It might be best to wait until they get back to you. Just hang tight and have some good convos with me on the forums.

I've only had my server 3 days and i can't even get it fully going because it keeps wiping everything. Also, when i go to "config file" it says "
The requested file or directory could not be found.
An error occurred while accessing the server. Please try again later."

Sorry this is happening. Could you please go on to the WebUi and try to do a fresh reinstall of the server? It should be on the bottom left one you select your server you want to reinstall.

The tickets can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to work on. They've had a very busy week this week with tickets. They also get answered in the order they're received

I’m having a problem I changed my map to the new one and wiped game for some reason I make tribe I log off and go back on and it kicks me out and I can’t even force join it so what do I need to do for fix because calling Nitrado is useless they tell you they can’t help summit a ticket but they seem to busy to help people so we lose money and time on are servers total trash

Of course no one helps so I lose money cuz Nitrado wants to be scumbags and rip people off and not fix the shit that’s going on this is bogus Nitrado 👍🏻

Casper_408 what is going on with your servers? Which data was wiped when switching to a new map? Are you saying the old map data is gone? and I've been on here trying to help everyone I can with any issues I possibly can. The tribe kicking issue is not Nitrado related it is an issue on wildcards end. It is an issue on officials as well. I'm sorry for any miscommunication you've had regarding this issue
