Lock versions of game server?

Is it possible to keep a server a specific version? Empyrion will be updating in a few weeks and I'd like to keep it at 1.8

Sigh - I posted this in general because its a general server question. It has nothing to do with Empyrion because turning off the servers auto update is a server question not a game specific question.
