Map Wipe on Xbox Server

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient.     I just change the map to a different one and then change it back.


    - Stop Server

    - in General settings Change the map from The Island to any other.

    - Save

    - Restart Server

    - Waite 10 minutes or so

    - Stop Server

    - Change the map back to The Island

    - Save

    - Restart Server.

    Are you sure that wipes the map back to day 0? From what I have read it will just continue from the last time you used the map and not start back over to day 0. As there is a folder with the saved files named specifically for each Ark map name that has been played. I would think you have to delete the saved data files some how.
