Hey. I bought a Nitrado server for Ark survival evolved, xbox version. I enabled cross-play for windows and xbox but I can't find it in the server list.
Nitrado server doesn't show up

Server has to be an XBox server and purchased through the app. You can not use a server from the website to CrossPlay

Hi, yeah I did do that. I've used it from my windows 10 machine several times, and played with my friend using xbox without problems but sometimes it doesn't show up on the server list.
