The servant stops if you open the supply chest or if you want to summon a boss

I get kicked out of the server every time I tried to open the supply box or summon the boss and I did that more than once and every time I got kicked out of the server and stopped knowing that I bought another server to solve this problem and I'm still facing it and also downloaded the box from Steam and re-downloaded it but I don't know what the problem is and what is the solution
