I'm running a public server cluster with max level 550 wild dinos, but the settings are only working on Scorched Earth. I currently have the settings as "DifficultyOffset=5," and "OverrideOfficialDifficulty=18.3334." I'm running Fjordur and Ragnarok as well.
The Override keeps reverting back to "OverrideOfficialDifficulty=10.750000," every time the server restarts. I've attempted changing the DifficultyOffset multiple times as well in hopes to prevent it from reverting back to itself but it continuously changes back.

The server has to be offline for at least 5m before you make changes, save, then restart.

I let it sit for about ten to twenty minutes between each shut down to ensure that things do save.

Then I would recommend submitting a request to Nitrado Support to further investigate.
