what is your server name and specs I can look for it on my end? Does your WebUi say that it's up and running as well? Also is this a brand new server?

I've been on here every day with you guys trying to help you work through whatever trouble shooting can be done. When 1000s of people enter tickets at the same time. Things can get a little backed up and overloaded as each ticket is gone through and worked on by a live person. Have you all submitted support tickets?

I haven't seen my server on the Ark list since the update. Yes, I have tried to search it by name. Yes I have restarted the server. Yes I submitted a trouble ticket, with no response. Yes I have tried to call the customer support line several times and it just goes to a busy signal. I'm stunned at the lack of response. It's laughable that a company doesn't have an automated phone service, to put you on hold, at minimum. What is going on with not seeing my server on the list? It's definitely not because server quantity prohibiting me from seeing my rental server. Explanation of what is going on. Please.
One of my pvp maps did this very thing. Only way it would show up was to do a rollback. Just make sure you rollback to the larger save file and then smack that start button..should come up then

Before the rollback (btw- good idea), were you by chance running valguero or a custom map? If the answer is yes, try running a standard map say like island. If that works. then change it back to Val or the custom map. Something has been freaky out in the mods/custom maps.
I would try that before attempting the roll.

My server settings have changed since the update I've been trying to change it back since. All my server settings are stuck on default. Yes I saved i waited up to 30 minutes restarted the server i even shut it down for 30 min saved and restarted the server. i submitted a trouble ticket which i haven't gotten an answer to. The setting on the browser remain the way i like it but in game its broken.

hey, glad to know the issue isn't on my end. i thought it was just being finicky, I've reset it many times and i am still having trouble. could someone post the link to the support ticket area? i have yet to make a support ticket, and judging by the responses here, i got quite a wait. will nitrado refund the day's it takes for them to respond? i purchased the server earlier today and haven't gotten a moment of play time on it. I have 89 days remaining and i hope that these next few day's won't be stolen from me or i might as well ask for a refund.
