Can't submit a support ticket

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

  • When I try to submit a Support Ticket it either says: "Your ticket could not be sent. The ticket could not be submitted. Please try again in a few minutes." or I can't even upload attachements because I get the error: "error. An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later."

    I tried with different browsers and on my phone but none methods of those worked.

    Please help.

    We do not have access to your account or server here. This is a Community Support Forums for gamers and admins to help each other.

    Try clearing your cache if you have also tried a PC to access the site. For a Mobile device, delete and reinstall the app.

    If that fails when contacting support, they offer alternatives ways to contact them. Try those other channels.

    You could also try the Community Discord: Nitrado Community - maybe others in the community have ideas. In the discord we have no access either, but its pretty full of helpful folks with ideas.
