When will my ARK server update when ARK has an update? [ALL platforms]
I can't even see what game version my map is now... where in their crap site can I see the current server version?
i cant see my version either this is getting out of hand

My server is not on the latest version; however after my Xbox was updated I checked status of update on my server which said Updating then later restarting. And low and behold still on version 789.9. Hmmmm :(((((

I can still get into my interface. I believe you can see your current map in general.

How do I check this?
So after about 10 minutes, it just re-appeared again.. looks like my rag server has not yet updated.
Its possible that they tried to update it earlier and it locked up, which would explain why my rag server was hung up on "shutting down"
I'll restart it again to see what happens.. if your map is hanging up like this... do a hard shut down from the web app under general settings and spin it back up

If it is not visible, it could be updating. And based on the size, it will be while.
If folks are continuing to have server issues and they have already checked to see like a reboot worked, or if the version is displayed, using correct filters and still having issue? Then please contact Nitrado Support by submitting a ticket. Note: tickets will be a bit delayed than normal.

My servers all say running, they say there are no issues when I go to server check. It's just not showing up in the ark list. I did submit a ticket so now I guess I just wait and hope people still come back to play. If they don't, I guess I'll be saving about 80 bucks a month. Bright side to everything.

I just got off the phone with customer service. they said when they pushed the update for the servers in New York that they didn't actually update, so they re-initialized the update and it is currently updating. He said it could be anywhere up to two hours for the servers to be fully updated.
my server is just updating as I type this. It can take a while for things to update.
mine just finished the update and I am logging in to my game right now
hopefully everyone else's is updating. It just takes time. It's always when you go to get home and jump on for the day that it's no there and or updated. We've all been there. Keep me updated everyone
my island serever is up but my rag and center r u hung in server stopped everytime i try and start server it just ends up going back to server is stopped

I’m pretty confused with what’s going on with my server. I have started it and then it automatically shuts down and the update has gone through. I’ve tried calling Nitrado but it said busy.
Same thing is happening with my server. Shows it has been updated but yet server will not start.
WayWay369 with the ark servers updating today and the Dayz craziness yesterday they're still very busy with phone calls I would assume. You can always try to reinstall the server then apply a back up to see if this corrects the issue
and then what server rolls back or gets wiped
